Sand Washing Machine Working Principle:
This equipment has three functions including washing, dewatering and classifying, according to ball mill manufacturers. At working time, the electric motor drives the impeller to run slowly through the v-belt, decelerator and gear wheel. The gravel flows into washing launder from the feeding launder, rolls with the impeller and grinds each other to rid impurities and destroy water vapour layers cladding on the gravel. Meanwhile, add more water, and the strong water flow will take away impurities and some low-weight wastes from the washing launder to the overfall washing launder. Through the above process, the washing function is finished. Clean sand and stone will be taken away by vanes and poured into the discharging launder from the revolving impeller to finish the washing function.
